As a Relationship Officer – Customer Engagement, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) within the bank’s Priority Banking segment. This role focuses on deepening customer relationships, enhancing engagement, and driving cross-sell opportunities across the bank’s product suite. You will be expected to source new customers through lead generation models and field support, while ensuring a high standard of customer service and adherence to bank policies. The role also involves coordinating with product managers and group companies to deliver a seamless banking experience, conducting sales initiatives, and maintaining detailed relationship records.
