Summary:
As a Solution Architect, a typical day involves interpreting and transforming client needs into unique and actionable solutions by leveraging comprehensive understanding of specific technologies, functions, or platforms. This role requires close collaboration with sales and delivery teams to craft solutions that not only meet client expectations but also strengthen the overall business proposition. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure that the proposed solutions are practical, competitive, and aligned with client objectives, fostering a seamless transition from concept to implementation.

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and development of innovative solutions that address complex client challenges.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure solution feasibility and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing IT service management workflows and processes.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow ITSM with other enterprise systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing ServiceNow ITSM configurations to improve service delivery.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
