As a Strategic Program Lead, a typical day involves identifying key strategic focus areas that align with organizational goals. You will develop comprehensive plans to deliver strategic projects and programs, ensuring that all activities are coordinated effectively. Your role includes driving and managing the execution of these initiatives to achieve desired business outcomes, while continuously monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary. Collaboration with various stakeholders and teams is essential to maintain alignment and momentum throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic project plans to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to optimize resource utilization and project outcomes.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Primavera Unifier.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, cost control, and resource management within Oracle Primavera Unifier.
- Experience in integrating Oracle Primavera Unifier with other enterprise project management tools.
- Ability to analyze project data and generate insightful reports to support decision-making.
- Skilled in configuring and customizing Oracle Primavera Unifier to meet specific project requirements.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Oracle Primavera Unifier.

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Primavera Unifier.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
