Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients to gather requirements, analyzing business needs, and implementing technology best practices. You will be sought out as an expert, enhancing Accenture's marketplace reputation while shaping both Accenture and client strategies. Your role will require you to leverage your technical expertise and business acumen, ensuring effective communication and fostering trusted advisor relationships with clients to bring emerging ideas to life.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Continuously assess and improve delivery processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Performance & Goals, Learning Management, and Recruiting.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and how they integrate with technology solutions.
- Experience in project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
