Field Sales Executive

Reliance Jio is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Jio Point Assistant Manager to manage operations and drive sales performance at the Jio Point in Kollam. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, customer focus, and basic sales knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Jio Point
• Achieve sales targets and improve customer acquisition
• Handle customer queries and ensure high service quality
• Manage staff attendance, performance, and discipline
• Maintain inventory, reporting, and compliance standards
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: +2 / Degree (preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales, retail, or telecom operations
• Age: As per company norms
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reporting)
