Leave: 15 paid leaves

Notice Period: 30days

Week Off: 4 per month

Work Timings:

·        Male Employees: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

·        Female Employees: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

SHORT SUMMARY

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and result-driven All-Rounder Content Creator who can handle end-to-end content operations — from planning and designing to publishing and performance tracking. The candidate should be capable of creating engaging digital content that strengthens brand presence, generates leads, and supports marketing campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Content Planning & Strategy

• Develop monthly and weekly content calendars
• Conduct trend research and competitor analysis
• Create audience-focused content strategies
• Plan campaign-based content ideas for brand growth

2. Content Creation & Designing

• Design social media creative (static posts, carousels, reel covers)
• Write engaging captions and marketing-oriented copy
• Create video content (Reels, Shorts, promotional videos)
• Write informative and promotional articles

3. Social Media Optimization & Posting

• Manage and schedule regular social media posts
• Perform hashtag research and basic SEO optimization
• Use content scheduling tools effectively
• Monitor engagement and respond to audience interactions

4. Marketing & Sales Collaboration

• Coordinate with Marketing and Sales teams
• Develop promotional creative for campaigns, launches, and offers
• Create content for lead generation and brand awareness
• Design ad creative and write ad copies for paid campaigns

5. Website Content Management

• Write and update blogs, landing pages, and service pages
• Optimize and refresh website content regularly

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Content Planning & Strategy Development
• Graphic Designing (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Video Editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, VN, etc.)
• Copywriting & Creative Writing
• Social Media Management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Basic SEO Knowledge
• Marketing & Branding Understanding
• Strong Communication & Team Coordination Skills

SCREENING CRITERIA

• ( )  years of experience in content creation or digital marketing
• Strong portfolio of social media creative, videos, and written content
• Basic understanding of paid ad creative and performance metrics
• Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills and teamwork ability
• Preference for candidates located in or near Surat/Kosamba

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Digital Media, or related field
• Certification in Digital Marketing / Graphic Designing / Video Editing (Preferred)
