Job Description
Designation: Sales Coordinator
Department: Sales Department
Company: Eminent Paper Industries LLP
Location: Kosamba Surat, Gujarat

Notice Period: 30 days
Week Off: 4 per month
Work Timings:
· Male Employees: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
· Female Employees: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and execution
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders
- Track order status from confirmation to dispatch
- Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and Store departments
- Maintain customer records and sales data in Excel / CRM
- Follow up on pending orders, dispatch schedules, and payments
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution
- Support management with accurate sales data and reporting
Required Skills
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving mindset
- Basic understanding of manufacturing / industrial workflow preferred
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
