Job Overview
Favcore is looking for a strategic, high-performing, and aggressive Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales division in Jaipur. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue by selling our premium suite of business solutions, which includes Corporate Compliances (GST, ITR, Registrations), Business Growth Consultation, and Digital Marketing Packages to MSMEs, startups, and established retail brands.
You will target business owners, understand their pain points, and pitch Favcore as their all-in-one growth and legal partner.
Key Responsibilities (What you will do):
B2B Client Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and close high-value deals with local businesses, manufacturers, wholesalers, and retail chains across your working zone.
Product Pitching: Effectively communicate the value of Favcore’s diverse portfolio:
Compliance: GST filing, ITR, MSME registration, FSSAI, and Company Incorporation.
Business Growth: Strategic consulting and corporate solutions.
Digital Marketing: Social media management, SEO, website development, and lead generation packages.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Build a robust pipeline of corporate clients through cold calling, field visits, networking, and industry associations (Vyapar Mandals).
Consultative Selling: Analyze a prospective client's business structure and recommend the right mix of compliance and marketing services to help them scale.
Revenue Ownership: Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly individual and team sales revenue targets.
Retention & Upselling: Maintain exceptional relationships with acquired clients to upsell higher-tier marketing and compliance packages year-on-year.
Requirements & Skills (Who we are looking for):
Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or Agency Sales (Experience in digital agencies, financial/legal tech, or software sales is a massive plus).
Domain Knowledge: A solid conceptual understanding of business compliances (GST, ITR) and how digital marketing (SEO, Ads, Social Media) works to pitch confidently to clients.
Communication Master: Flawless communication and negotiation skills in both Hindi and English.
Closing Skills: A proven track record of handling objections and closing corporate/B2B tickets smoothly.
Mobility: Must own a Two-Wheeler and a smartphone for key client meetings and market visits.
