Real Estate Sales Executive

Synilogic Tech Private Limited is hiring a Business Development Executive (Real Estate Sales). The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client handling, property presentations, coordinating and conducting site visits, following up with prospects, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. 

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, social media, and other marketing sources.
• Contact potential customers and explain available residential and commercial properties.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
• Schedule and coordinate property site visits with interested clients.
• Accompany clients during site visits and provide complete property information.
• Follow up with prospects regularly to maximize conversions.
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Negotiate pricing and assist customers throughout the booking process.
• Stay updated with project details, market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
• Ensure excellent customer service before and after the sale.
• Experience in Real Estate, Sales, Telecalling, or Business Development is preferred
