Synilogic Tech and IT Solution Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for client handling, business development, and ensuring customer satisfaction while promoting the company’s IT services.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable IT solutions
- Generate new business opportunities through client interactions
- Handle client queries, concerns, and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams (developers, sales, support) for project execution
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for feedback and upselling
- Prepare reports on client performance, revenue, and engagement
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and relationship targets
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
