Position OverviewBurger Farm is looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and hard-working Team Members to join our crew! As a Team Member, you will be the heart of our store—delivering exceptional service, preparing delicious burgers and sides, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for our guests.

• Key Responsibilities1. Customer Service & Front-of-HouseWarmly greet customers as they enter and make them feel welcome.
• Take customer orders accurately at the POS counter or drive-thru.
• Explain menu items, offer recommendations, and handle upselling/cross-selling.
• Handle cash, credit cards, and digital payment transactions accurately.
• Address customer feedback or questions politely and elevate issues to the shift lead when necessary.
• 2. Food Preparation & Kitchen OperationsPrepare high-quality menu items (burgers, wraps, fries, shakes, sides) following Burger Farm recipes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure correct portion sizes and consistent presentation.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely (fryers, grills, beverage dispensers, timers).
• Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitization guidelines (FIFO, temperature logs, handwashing).
• 3. Store Maintenance & HygieneKeep the counter, dining area, kitchen station, and restrooms clean and organized.
• Bus tables, clear trays, and manage trash disposal regularly.
• Assist with stock receiving, inventory organization, and restock stations before/after rush hours.
• Qualifications & SkillsEducation: High School Diploma (10th / 12th pass) preferred.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome! Prior QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Communication: Conversational proficiency in English and local language (Hindi/Regional).
• Speed & Agility: Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment during peak hours.
