JOB TITLE - Loan Sales Representative

Job summary - The Loan sales Specialist is responsible for working on sales pitch or sales leads to convert into loan sales, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication, support, and relationship-building. This role involves interacting with customers via various channels, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that promote a positive customer experience.

key responsibilities

• Engage with customers through phone, email, chat, and social media to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued and heard; identify opportunities to enhance customer loyalty.
• Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and service improvement; relay relevant information to internal teams.
• Address customer concerns and complaints effectively, using empathy and problem-solving skills to ensure satisfactory resolutions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer engagement strategies, campaigns, and programs aimed at increasing customer satisfaction and retention.
•  Analyse customer data and engagement metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement; prepare reports for management.
•  Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment in messaging and customer support initiatives.
•  Provide support and training to new team members on customer engagement best practices and company policies.

Working days - Monday - Saturday

Office hours - 9:30-6:30 pm

Salary Offered - 15K -20K + Variable Incentives
