Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead a team of sales executives in the jewellery segment. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing daily operations, and ensuring exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 5–7 sales associates to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
• Monitor daily sales activities and team performance.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship management.
• Train and guide team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Maintain showroom standards, visual merchandising, and stock coordination.
• Handle high-value customers and resolve escalations professionally.
• Prepare sales reports and coordinate with management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the jewellery industry (mandatory).
• Proven experience in team handling and sales management.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with a customer-focused approach.
• Basic knowledge of inventory and retail operations.
