Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Calling: Call all digital inquiries, lost drops, and cold database within TAT. Pitch models, offers, test drivesFollow-ups: Daily follow-up on open enquiries, booking pending, and delivery pending customers as per processAppointment Fixing: Convert calls into showroom visits, test drives, and home visits.
  2. Update CRM promptlyData
  3. Hygiene: Maintain accurate call remarks, customer details, and next follow-up date in DMS/CRMSupport
  4. Sales Team: Share hot leads with Sales Consultants, coordinate for documentation, finance follow-upCampaign Calls: Execute outbound call campaigns during launches, festivals, exchange melas, EV awareness drives
  5. Customer Feedback: Capture reasons for lost sales, service feedback, and escalate complaints
