Production Executive

We are looking for a Production Executive – Technical Projects to coordinate and drive day-to-day execution of technical projects involving clients, OEMs, vendors and internal engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication with clients, OEMs and vendors.
• Follow up on technical deliverables, prototypes, production, procurement and shipments.
• Track project activities, milestones, deadlines and pending actions.
• Coordinate between engineering, procurement, vendors and clients.
• Organize meetings and prepare MOMs and action trackers.
• Monitor project progress and identify delays or risks.
• Maintain project documentation and status reports.
• Escalate important technical, commercial and project issues to management.
• Ensure commitments are followed through to closure.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, technical operations, manufacturing or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable communicating with technical teams, clients and vendors.
• Basic understanding of hardware, electronics, software or technology projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
