Job Description

responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance agents or financial advisors to drive premium generation and meet sales targets. They develop, motivate, and mentor agents, ensuring compliance with company regulations while building new client relationships to grow the agency's business portfolio. Instahyre +4

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment: Identify and hire high-caliber individuals to join the agency team.
  • Training & Mentoring: Conduct training sessions on products and sales techniques, and provide ongoing coaching.
  • Sales Performance Management: Set, track, and meet/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (premiums).
  • Field Support: Accompany agents on sales calls and customer visits to provide support.
  • Performance Monitoring: Review agent performance data to identify trends, improve productivity, and ensure retention.
  • Compliance & Strategy: Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and implement strategic sales plans. 

Key Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in sales or business development, typically 1–5 years.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Skills: Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability: Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive results through others.
