Job Description:

Plan and manage daily factory production activities.

Ensure timely completion of fabrication and assembly work.

Monitor manpower, quality, and productivity.

Coordinate with design, planning, and site teams.

Maintain production records and reports.

Experience in PEB and structural steel fabrication is mandatory.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in PEB/structural steel industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Knowledge of fabrication processes and production planning.
