Star Health and Allied Insurance Company Ltd., India’s leading standalone health insurance company, is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to lead our Calicut Zonal sales unit as Branch Head.
Position: Branch Head
📍 Location: Calicut, Kerala
Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Age below 45 years
✅ Minimum Graduation or higher qualification from a recognized university
✅ Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development
✅ Strong leadership and team management capabilities
✅ Experience in driving business growth, channel development, recruitment, and performance management
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage Branch level Sales operations to achieve business objectives
* Drive sales growth through agency, retail, and distribution channels
* Build, develop, and motivate high-performing teams
* Strengthen market presence and customer engagement
* Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and profitability
