Job Description
A recruiter for SBI Cards (Client) handles all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to making hiring decisions and onboarding new employees. They are responsible for building a strong candidate pipeline, managing the interview process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and Screening: Identifying and recruiting suitable candidates for various roles within SBI Card. Interview Process: Managing the interview process, including scheduling, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates. Offer Management: Preparing and issuing job offers to successful candidates. Onboarding: Assisting with the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
Candidate Experience: Maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders. Analytics and Reporting: Analyzing recruitment data and providing reports to help improve the recruitment process. Compliance: Ensuring all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations. Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Effective communication is crucial for interacting with candidates and stakeholders. Organizational skills: Managing the recruitment process efficiently requires strong organizational skills. Analytical skills: Analyzing recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Problem-solving skills: Addressing challenges that may arise during the recruitment process. Ability to work independently and as part of a team: Recruiter roles often require a balance of independent work and collaboration with others. Experience with sourcing tools: Knowledge of various online and offline sourcing methods.
