Job Description
MEP Draughtsman / Designer
📍 Patheerankavu, Kozhikode | Full-time
About the Role:
We are a growing MEP & Facility Management company delivering projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. We are looking for a skilled MEP Draughtsman/Designer who can take ownership of drafting, coordination, and on-site integration of designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update accurate MEP drawings using AutoCAD
- Handle design coordination and documentation across disciplines
- Conduct site measurements and translate them into working drawings
- Support project execution with timely and precise drafting outputs
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to project timelines
- Guide and support junior designers
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Relevant experience in MEP drafting/design preferred
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with site teams
