Purchasing Coordinator

A Purchase Executive manages the end-to-end procurement lifecycle. They identify reliable vendors, negotiate pricing and contracts, and acquire high-quality goods. Their primary goal is to optimize costs, maintain optimal inventory levels, and ensure on-time delivery while supporting seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with potential suppliers. Research the market to ensure the best products at the most competitive prices.
• Procurement Execution: Manage the entire procure-to-pay cycle, which includes collating purchase requisitions, creating purchase orders, and issuing them to vendors. [
• Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate terms, delivery schedules, and pricing with vendors to secure the most favorable deals for the organization.
• Inventory Monitoring: Track stock levels, forecast future demand, and ensure timely replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Quality Control & Issue Resolution: Ensure delivered goods meet the required quality standards. Address and resolve issues regarding damaged goods, missing items, or delnal Collaboration: Work closely with the accounts department to reconcile invoices and process payments, and collaborate with internal departments to understand their material needs
