Job Description

Job Title: Back Office Staff


Location: Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu


Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Back Office Staff to support our daily office operations. The candidate will be responsible for billing, quotation preparation, customer follow-ups, maintaining office records, and providing administrative support to the sales team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations and invoices accurately.
  • Handle customer billing and follow up on quotations.
  • Maintain daily office records and documentation.
  • Support the Sales Team with customer data and reports.
  • Coordinate with customers regarding orders and enquiries.
  • Assist in day-to-day office administration and routine activities.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain proper records.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in back office, administration, billing, or office support roles.
  • Freshers with good communication and computer skills may also apply.


Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work as part of a team.
