Personal Banker-Outbound-Branch Banking-Relationship Management

As a Personal Banker, you will be the face of our bank, building strong relationships with customers and offering tailored financial advice. Your role is crucial in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be part of a dynamic team, working in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to the bank's success.

  • Proactively reach out to customers via phone or email to offer financial products and services.
  • Understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell bank products, such as loans, investments, and insurance, to existing customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring data privacy and security.
  • Collaborate with other bank departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient service delivery.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and new financial products to provide relevant advice.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your financial knowledge and sales skills.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the bank's business.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple manner.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other banking software for efficient customer relationship management.
  • A proactive and customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and regulations.
