Personal Banker-Outbound-Branch Banking-Relationship Management
As a Personal Banker, you will be the face of our bank, building strong relationships with customers and offering tailored financial advice. - Proactively reach out to customers via phone or email to offer financial products and services.
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Cross-sell and up-sell bank products, such as loans, investments, and insurance, to existing customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring data privacy and security.
- Collaborate with other bank departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient service delivery.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and new financial products to provide relevant advice.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your financial knowledge and sales skills.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the bank's business.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the banking industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple manner.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other banking software for efficient customer relationship management.
- A proactive and customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
