We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to join our team in the insurance sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, promoting our insurance products, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential customers and explain insurance products including Motor, Life, and Health Insurance plans
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Meet daily/monthly sales targets through field visits and direct client interactions
- Follow up with leads generated through various channels and convert them into policies
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details
- Collaborate with the team to drive B2C sales and expand the client base
Requirements:
- Minimum Graduate (any stream)
- Basic English communication skills
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude
