Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a result-driven Area Sales Executive to expand our customer base and achieve sales targets within the assigned region. The candidate will be responsible for promoting fitness equipment/services, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned area

·        Generate leads through field visits, calls, and networking

·        Promote and sell fitness equipment and services to gyms, institutions, and individuals

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

·        Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

·        Conduct product demonstrations and presentations

·        Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery

·        Monitor market trends and competitor activities

·        Prepare sales reports and updates for management

Required Skills:

·        Strong sales and negotiation skills

·        Good communication and interpersonal skills

·        Ability to work in a target-driven environment

·        Knowledge of fitness industry (preferred)

·        Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools)

·        Self-motivated and proactive approach.
