JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Customer Service Executive plays a pivotal role in providing exemplary assistance to customers concerning company services. This position entails proficient communication with customers via phone or email and the formulation of innovative problem-solving strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Attending to customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with attentiveness and professionalism.

4. Efficiently processing orders, computing charges, and managing payments.
