Job Description
A Customer Service Executive serves as the primary link between a company and its clients. They handle inbound and outbound communications across multiple channels (phone, email), resolve complaints, troubleshoot product issues, and update CRM records to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities
