CNC Machine Operator

Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to operate CNC machines for precision manufacturing of casting components. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring production target, adhering to safety standards, and meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines (VMC, VTL or HMC) as per job specifications
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
• Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and quality of components
• Perform routine inspections using measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, gauges)
• Make minor program adjustments and tool offset corrections when required
• Maintain proper documentation of production and quality records
• Ensure machines are cleaned and maintained as per schedule
• Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures

Requirements:

• ITI/Diploma (Optional) in Mechanical or relevant field
• 2–5 years of experience in CNC machining
• Fresher who are willing to learn can also apply.
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments
• Basic understanding of tooling and machine maintenance
• Ability to work in shifts
