Your Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for driving growth and strengthening ADM’s Edible Oils business with key accounts across the region. The Key Accounts Executive will manage strategic customers, identify new opportunities, ensure seamless service delivery, and support long‑term business development.
- Achieve sales targets by expanding business with existing key accounts and acquiring new strategic customers.
- Build and maintain strong, consistent relationships with key accounts; understand their operational needs, market challenges, pricing dynamics, and competitive environment.
- Develop mid- to long‑term account strategies to support volume growth, product penetration, and brand development in the edible oils segment.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including commercial, supply chain, technical, and marketing—to drive joint business plans and ensure timely execution.
- Ensure accurate demand forecasting and coordinate with the supply chain team to maintain uninterrupted supply and operational efficiency.
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring high customer satisfaction and identifying unmet needs for future business growth.
- Track category trends, customer insights, and consumption data to identify growth opportunities within QSR, HORECA, institutional buyers, modern trade, or industrial clients (depending on segment).
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in edible oils, food ingredients, FMCG, or B2B foodservice sales; experience in managing key accounts is preferred.
- Strong understanding of edible oils applications, market trends, and customer segments such as QSR, HORECA, modern retail, food manufacturers, or institutional buyers.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large or strategic accounts.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data to support planning and growth initiatives.
- Highly proactive, target-driven, and customer‑focused with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and lead execution across functions.
- Demonstrated ability to build sustainable, long‑term business relationships.
