Job Description

  • The Sales Executive must visit minimum 25 outlets per day, including:
  • General Stores
  • Medical Stores
  • Small Retail Shops
  • Supermarkets
  • Beauty Parlours
  • Salons
  • 📊 Visit Distribution (Recommended Structure)8–10 General / Small Stores
  • 5–6 Medical Stores
  • 3–4 Supermarkets
  • 5–6 Parlours / Salons
  • 📋 Responsibilities During Each VisitIntroduce and promote Vensa products
  • Take orders or generate leads
  • Ensure product visibility/display
  • Build relationship with shop owner
  • Collect feedback on pricing & demand
  • 📱 Reporting (Very Important)Daily visit report with:
  • Shop name
  • Area
  • Order status
  • Share updates via WhatsApp / CRM at end of day
  • ⚠️ Strict RequirementMinimum 25 visits per day is compulsory
  • Consistency in fieldwork is mandatory
  • Performance will be tracked weekly
