Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Demonstration & Sales: Provide hands-on demos of Airtel products, explain plan benefits, and actively upsell/cross-sell postpaid plans, broadband, and Airtel Black services.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed store-level sales targets for new connections, recharges, and plan upgrades.
• Customer Onboarding: Facilitate quick and seamless customer acquisition, including digital KYC verification and SIM activation right on the store floor.
• Floor Engagement: Initiate conversations with Croma shoppers, handle objections, and answer detailed queries regarding coverage, data limits, and pricing.
• Branding & Merchandising: Ensure Airtel materials and promotional displays are highly visible, properly stocked, and perfectly positioned within the store.
• Relationship Building: Work closely with Croma store management and sales staff to ensure Airtel recommendations are prioritized during consumer tech purchases (like new smartphones).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: Typically a minimum of a Graduation degree.
• Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, direct-to-consumer telecom, or consumer electronics is highly preferred.
• Communication: Energetic, persuasive, and fluent in local languages (Marathi, Hindi, English) with strong customer-service skills.
• Tech-Savviness: Must be comfortable navigating digital apps, digital stores, and activating digital e-KYC platforms.

Compensation & Growth

• Salary Expectations: Typically ranges from ₹2.5 Lakhs to ₹3.5 Lakhs per annum as a base, combined with generous performance-based monthly incentives
