Job Description
1. You are eligible for a stipend of Rs.10,000.00/- per month (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) during your training period.
2. If you are not attending the training without intimation/permission continuously for three (3) consecutive days or more, you shall be deemed to have abandoned your Internship Program with the company effective from the date of your absence.
3. If you desire to withdraw from your Internship program before completing 9 months, you are required to provide 15 days of notice to the organization.
4. During your training period you are expected not engage yourself directly or indirectly in any other business or employment. You must devote your whole time, best skill, and efforts to the training program.
5. During the training period, you must abide by the rules and policies of the company.
6. The training will be conducted for Six(6) days a week and the training time will be as per the office hours .
7. During the training period, trainees shall not be entitled to any paid stipend leaves. You shall be eligible for holidays declared by Muthoot Money Limited.
8.The Internship completion letter will be issued only upon satisfactory completion of 9 months of training and without any interruptions, irregularity, disciplinary action, etc.
