Relationship Manager - Retail
- Manage and grow a portfolio of retail banking customers.
- Acquire new customers through referrals, networking, and lead-generation activities.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable banking products and services.
- Cross-sell products such as savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment products.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships through regular customer engagement and service support.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and KYC requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
