Store Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead the sales team, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in retail or store management with strong leadership, sales, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth business functioning.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise the store team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Prepare, implement, and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Conduct customer consultations and recommend suitable products.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and resolve issues professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient store operations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure store cleanliness.

• Education: Diploma
• Experience: Minimum 3 Years
• English: Basic English

Shift:

• Day Shift (Full-Time)

Salary:

• ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
• Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000
• Performance Incentive: Up to ₹5,000
