Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support daily sales operations and activities.
Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, and sales-related documentation.
Process customer orders and ensure timely follow-up and execution.
Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems.
Communicate with customers regarding order status, deliveries, and product information.
Coordinate with logistics, production, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Assist the sales team in scheduling meetings, presentations, and client visits.
Generate sales reports, MIS reports, and performance dashboards.
Track pending orders, payments, and customer follow-ups.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues promptly.
Support sales campaigns, promotional activities, and exhibitions/events when required.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of all sales-related records.
