Job Description
Financial Recording: Reconciling accounts payable/receivable, managing ledger entries and processing payroll.
Reporting & Compliance: Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (income statements, cash flow) in compliance with regulations.
Taxation: Computing taxes, preparing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with local/federal tax laws.
Internal Controls: Maintaining secure, accurate financial documentation and improving efficiency in financial procedures.
ü Record all transactions accurately and reconcile accounts
ü Prepare balance sheets, income statements and other reports
ü Perform cost and general ledger analysis
ü Complete tax audits ensuring compliance
ü Manage budgets and cash flows
ü Review contracts and process payments
ü Examine financial discrepancies
ü Manage payroll functions
ü Create and implement new accounting systems
ü Consult management on financial strategy
All day to day billing, accounting and reporting
