Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage financial records, prepare reports, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support the organization's financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in financial reporting and auditing.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Analyze financial data and prepare management reports.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation.
• Review journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Support tax filings and statutory compliance requirements.
• Guide and mentor junior accounting staff.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–7+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA are preferred.
