Company: Hindustan Solartech Private Limited Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh Department: Accounts & Finance Job Profile – Account Executive Reporting To : Director/HR Position Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, customer payments, vendor payments, GST compliance, banking transactions, and financial reporting. The candidate should ensure accurate financial records and support business operations through timely accounting and reporting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting & Bookkeeping Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP. Record sales invoices, purchase bills, expenses, receipts, and payments. Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents. 2. Customer Payment Management Track customer payment schedules and outstanding dues. Verify project-wise payment collections. Generate customer payment reports and follow-up lists.. 3. Banking & Financial Transactions Handle bank reconciliations. Monitor incoming and outgoing transactions. Prepare payment advice and transaction reports. 4. Reporting & MIS Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Generate collection reports, outstanding reports, and cash flow statements. Provide financial insights to management. 5. Documentation & Record Keeping Maintain customer files, invoices, agreements, and payment proofs. Ensure proper filing and document management. Support internal and external audits. 6- Required Qualifications B. Com / M. Com / MBA (Finance) preferred. Minimum 0-2 years of accounting experience. 7- Required Skills Good knowledge of Tally Prime. Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Reports). Strong analytical and numerical skills. Good communication and coordination abilities. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. 8- Preferred Experience Experience in EPC, Solar, Construction, Infrastructure, or Project-Based Companies. Experience handling customer collections and vendor payments. 9- Working Hours Monday to Saturday 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM 10- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Accuracy of Accounting entries. Timely bank reconciliation. Outstanding payment recovery support. Timely MIS reporting. Vendor payment management efficiency.
