Job Description

We are hiring for Accounts and Admin Executive for Eco Kisan Agro, Kanpur.


Job Responsibilities:

1. New joining ke liye Offer Letter aur Appointment Letter banana

2. Customers ko Quotation aur Proforma Invoice banana

3. Office Staff aur Field Staff ki monthly Salary sheet banana

4. Field Staff ka Petrol, TA/DA aur anya Expense ka hisab rakhna

5. Distributor aur Super Stockist ka Party Ledger Tally me maintain karna

6. Daily Sales, Collection aur Expense ki MIS Report management ko dena

7. General office work - Calling, Filing, Data Entry


Required Skills:

- Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9 aana chahiye

- MS Excel aur MS Word ki acchi knowledge

- Email aur Computer ki basic jankari


Education: 12th Pass / Graduate

Experience: 0-2 Years.
