Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents about courses, curriculum, eligibility, and admission procedures
- Handle walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and online admission enquiries
- Explain fee structure, scholarships, and payment options clearly
- Follow up with prospective students to convert leads into admissions
- Maintain accurate admission records and student databases
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for admission processing
- Assist in document verification and admission formalities
- Participate in education fairs, school visits, seminars, and promotional events
- Achieve monthly and annual admission targets
- Provide post-admission support and ensure student satisfaction
