Job Description

We are looking for a well-presented, confident and professional VAS Adviser who can effectively communicate with dealership management, coordinate with the internal team, and drive Value Added Services (VAS) business.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain professional and positive relationships with dealership management and senior staff.
  • Represent the company professionally and act as the primary point of contact for VAS-related activities.
  • Coordinate effectively with the sales, service, workshop and VAS teams.
  • Generate and achieve monthly VAS sales targets.
  • Explain and recommend VAS products and services such as ceramic coating, PPF, detailing, anti-rust treatment and other vehicle protection services.
  • Follow up with customers and convert leads into sales.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between customers, dealership staff and the VAS team.
  • Monitor daily business, enquiries, conversions and customer feedback.
  • Ensure proper implementation of company SOPs, branding and reporting requirements.
