Area Sales Manager (ASM) – FMCG ProductsCompany: IRVAAN Nuts & Spices

Location: Lucknow, Varanasi, Meerut

Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years

Industry: FMCG – Spices, Dry Fruits, Food Products

Job Type: Full-Time

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to handle General Trade sales operations for FMCG products. The candidate should have strong market knowledge, distributor handling experience, and the ability to achieve sales targets through effective team management and market expansion.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow sales in the assigned territory.
  • Appoint and handle distributors, dealers, and retail network.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Increase product visibility and market penetration.
  • Lead and motivate Sales Officers / Sales Executives.
  • Ensure proper secondary sales and distribution management.
  • Conduct market visits and competitor analysis.
  • Maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
  • Monitor stock availability and order execution.
  • Prepare sales reports and market feedback regularly.
  • Candidate RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in FMCG sales.
  • Experience in products like Spices, Dry Fruits, Namkeen, Tea, Food Products, or other FMCG categories preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of General Trade market.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle distributor network independently.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Must be target-driven and market-oriented.
