BDS Doctor (Field / Camp-Based Dental Screening)

📌 Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and patient-friendly BDS doctor to conduct dental screening camps and guide patients toward appropriate treatment at our hospital. The role involves high-volume patient interaction and effective communication to improve patient conversion.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

Conduct dental check-ups in camps using AI-based dental scanning machineDaily screening target: ~100 patients, Analyze and explain scan reports to patients in simple languag, Motivate and counsel patients to visit the hospital for treatment, Maintain patient records and follow-up dataEnsure smooth camp operations and patient flow.

🎯 Skills Required:

Strong communication & convincing skills, Basic clinical dental knowledge (BDS)Patient handling and counseling abilityEnergetic and target-oriented approachWillingness to work in field/camp setups.
