Branch Sales Manager (B2B)

• Maintain high customer satisfaction and positive reviews, Maintain office discipline and attendance.
• Ensure all staff share daily location and EOD reports.
• Monitor branch expenses and inventory.

Coordinate with Head Office for approvals and escalations.

Branch Manager – Cash Handling & Payment Control Responsibilities.

No cash collection by any employee without approval.

1. All customer payments should be collected preferably through:

• Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
• UPI to company account
• Cheque/DD in company name.

1. If cash is collected:

• Issue a company receipt immediately.
• Deposit the cash into the company account on the same day or the next working day.

1. Maintain a Daily Cash Collection Register containing:

• Customer Name
• Amount Received
• Date & Time
• Payment Mode
• Receipt Number
• Deposit Status

1. Cross-check all customer payments with the Accounts Department every evening.
2. Submit a Daily Payment Report (DPR) to Head Office by 7:00 PM.
3. Any cash held by an employee for more than 24 hours must be reported immediately.
4. Conduct weekly reconciliation of:

• Customer receipts
• Bank deposits
• Pending balances

1. Any mismatch, shortage, or unauthorized collection will be investigated, and the concerned employee will be held responsible.
2. The Branch Manager will be personally accountable for ensuring that no cash misappropriation or payment manipulation takes place within the branch.
