Job Description

We are looking for Business Analyst, who can work with stakeholders to understand business problems, gather requirements, and propose data-driven solutions. They ensure that business needs are translated into functional requirements for technical teams.


Job Discriptions:


  • Requirement GatheringMeet stakeholders to understand business needs
  • Document functional and non-functional requirements
  • Data AnalysisAnalyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
  • Use tools like Excel, SQL, or BI platforms
  • Process ImprovementEvaluate current business processes
  • Suggest improvements for efficiency and cost reduction
  • DocumentationCreate Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
  • Prepare Functional Requirement Specifications (FRD)
  • Stakeholder CommunicationAct as a bridge between business teams and IT/development teams
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and workshops
  • Solution ValidationAssist in testing (UAT – User Acceptance Testing)
  • Ensure final product meets business requirements
