About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for sales and client relationship management. This role involves identifying business opportunities, generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and contributing to the company's revenue growth through both B2B and B2C sales.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and online platforms.
- Engage with potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Conduct product or service presentations and explain value propositions effectively.
- Convert qualified leads into customers through regular follow-ups and negotiations.
- Manage both B2B and B2C sales activities to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Confidence in handling client interactions over phone, email, and in person.
- Ability to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is an advantage.
- QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, telecalling, or customer relationship management will be preferred.
- Preferred Experience0–2 years of experience in B2B and/or B2C sales.
- Experience in lead generation, inside sales, field sales, or client acquisition is an added advantage.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships and close sales effectively.
