Job Description
The Business Development Executive (BDE) in real estate is responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, building relationships with clients and investors, increasing property sales, and expanding the company's market presence. The role involves developing sales strategies, conducting market research, negotiating deals, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate projects.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital marketing campaigns, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and investors.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and sales meetings with potential buyers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
