Position: Personal Loan Telesales Executive
Location: vibhuti khand gomti nagar Lucknow
Industry: BFSI / Personal Loans
Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)
Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Personal Loan Telesales Executives to generate leads, assist customers with personal loan products, and achieve monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
- Key ResponsibilitiesContact prospective customers through outbound calls.
- Explain personal loan products, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
- Generate quality leads and convert them into loan applications.
- Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly login/disbursement targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and banking guidelines.
- RequirementsGraduate or Undergraduate.
- 0–3 years of experience in Telesales/BFSI (Personal Loan experience preferred).
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
