Job Description

Role and Responsibilities :

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and field activities
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding property projects
  • Arrange and conduct property/site visits for clients
  • Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation
  • Maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Follow up with clients regularly to close sales deals
  • Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead management
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and property rates
  • Required SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good presentation and convincing ability
  • Knowledge of real estate market and property sales
  • Ability to work under sales targets
