Job Description
Role and Responsibilities :
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and field activities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding property projects
- Arrange and conduct property/site visits for clients
- Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation
- Maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
- Follow up with clients regularly to close sales deals
- Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead management
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and property rates
- Required SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills
- Good presentation and convincing ability
- Knowledge of real estate market and property sales
- Ability to work under sales targets
