## About the Role

We are hiring energetic and target-driven **Business Development Managers (BDM)** for the **Google Ads Process**. The role involves meeting local businesses and SMEs, educating them about Google Ads, and onboarding them onto paid advertising solutions to improve their online visibility, Google presence, and customer acquisition.

## Key Responsibilities

* Visit assigned leads and merchants in the market.

* Onboard clients on Google Ads with a starting ad budget.

* Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets.

* Coordinate with internal teams for campaign setup and support.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships.

## Candidate Profile

* Experience in B2B sales, field sales, or business development preferred.

* Comfortable with field work and client meetings.

* Good communication and negotiation skills.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated candidates preferred.

Candidates from the following backgrounds will be preferred:

* Google Ads

* Just Dial

* Meta Ads / Facebook Ads

* SaaS or B2B Service Sales
